Organizing invoices/receipts ready for monthly tax returns
Typing of invoices, quotes, method statement and risk assessments (training given) and mostly templated
Help with day to day running of office, keeping a database, photocopying etc
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Someone with strip out works/demolition or construction knowledge (optional but preferred)
Computer literate in WORD, EXCEL sending emails etc.
Must have proven organization skills and references
Someone who is willing to do occasional overtime at busy periods
