Goldmills was born in 2012 from two experienced consultants who already had a great network to build upon. Taking the good and bad elements they had learnt from a larger business, they set up with big plans, and have been going from strength to strength since.

Now operating as a specialist recruitment agency with headquarters in Central London, we focus on the construction and hospitality sectors, providing a wide range of services across the two fields. Our success comes from a genuine passion for the areas in which we work, with consultants with specific industry backgrounds.

Now in 2023, we find ourselves supplying high-quality candidates to some the UK's largest contractors and finest hospitality venues.

With over ten years experience working on some of the UKs most exciting construction projects, Goldmills is an industry leader and as such we are able to count The Shard, the 2012 Olympics and Battersea power station amongst our previous projects.In recent years, we have expanded our services to be able to support overseas jobs on an ongoing basis.

We have expansive all round industry knowledge, with particularly strong expertise in asbestos, scaffolding and demolition. Many of our consultants have previously worked on site, giving them a true understanding of both candidate and client needs.

We work consistently and exclusively with some of the best site operatives in London and have lasting candidate relationships which ensure we can guarantee reliability and quality of work.We are available 7 days a week, for last minute cover or large scale ongoing projects.

Our all encompassing hospitality recruitment service is founded upon a vast knowledge and understanding of the industry from consultants with previous industry experience.

This experience gives us a true insight into the challenges and frustrations that the industry can bring.

Despite being a relative newcomer to the industry, we are incredibly proud to have partnered with some of Londons best bars, restaurants and hotels to provide front and back of house staff.  Our network now enables us to source high level and last minute candidates across the board.
