GoldmillsRecruitment are seeking a permanent full time Waitress to work at an Italianrestaurant in Hornchurch which aims to provide not only delicious food anddrinks but also a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for itspatrons. With its focus on Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails,beers and wines, it provides a wide range of options for guests to indulge in.
WorkingHours – up to 40 hours per week / evenings and weekends are essential.
The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality front ofhouse. Have a good understanding of allergens and high-end clients’expectations.
Silverservice knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and motivate the waiting staff to deliver exceptionalcustomer service.
· Customer Experience:Ensure guests receive a warm, friendly, and efficient service from arrival todeparture, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
· Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage stock levels of front-of-house supplies, placingorders as needed.
· Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all front-of-house activities adhere to health, safety, andhygiene regulations.
· Reporting: Work closely with management to provide insights on serviceperformance, customer feedback, and operational improvements.
Requirements
· Provenexperience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
· Strongleadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities.
· Acustomer-focused attitude with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
· Knowledge ofhealth and safety standards.
· Flexibility towork evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· A passion forhospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
