Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team of a well-loved venue just outside of Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, promoting a family environment where staff are valued and supported.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs, with flexibility in shifts and hours.
• Uphold the restaurant's reputation for culinary excellence, with a focus on maintaining the prestigious 2 Rosettes.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve financial targets, including monitoring and controlling costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a large establishment.
• Passion for food and beverage, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both staff and customers.
• Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
