The Restaurant is open for diners Wednesday to Sunday
The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie. As avital member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for running yoursection and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.This role is perfect for a motivated chef looking to enhance their skills in adynamic and fast-paced kitchen.

KeyResponsibilities
- Section Leadership: Oversee and manage your designated section, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
- Team Support: Act as a mentor to junior chefs, providing guidance, training, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to contribute ideas and creativity to menu planning and special dishes.
- Mise en Place: Ensure all prep work is completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards during service.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality and consistency of food preparation, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste to maintain an efficient and cost-effective kitchen.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise in your section during service promptly and professionally.
